RUINS CLOTHES HAD TECH FROM WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED CONFIRMES. LG WILL DO NOTHING. HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR 6 MO. HRS OF PHONE CALLS. ON HOLD FOR HRS. SEND PHOTOS OF RUINED CLOTHES PERMANENTLY PUCKERED. SENT VIDEO OF SPIN CYCLE.

Used one at a family members house for 2 weeks and I loved it so much. Never knew what I was missing until I have this. And I have Been missing out a lot. LOL best thing IÕve ever used in my life for laundry smooth easy to use and it makes everything so much better

Leaves detergent in clothes

This washing machine uses so little water that no matter how many times I run additional full cycles and rinse and spin cycles with no detergent, my clothes are still saturated in bubbles. I am using 1.5 teaspoons of powder Tide per load, even though the recommended amount of detergent is more than 8 times this amount.
